If Death occurs

As soon as possible contact 01946 693819 01946 692939 for advice on registration of death and to start making the necessary arrangements,If the death is unexpected telephone 999 for a paramedic to attend they in turn will contact the police and then contact the Funeral Director.

You need a Medical Certificate of Death document

Information you will need for the registrar: Date and place of death, full name of deceased, date and place of birth, occupation and home address and if married we will need the full name and occupation of spouse.

Certificates: You will get a certicate for the funeral director, Social Security Certificate (State Pension) for DSS offices. You will also need copies of entry of death for banks or insurances.
